There is a great musician singing there who entertains while you eat your lunch. I love going to Pot Belly's on Rt 1 in College Park. The food is good and the staff is very courteous, efficient and professional. I look forward to lunch at Pot Belly's when I go to Massage Envy or the Verizon Store, which are in the same area.

This location is clean and spacious. The interior is pretty standard as far as Potbelly's go. The location is really convenient and has plenty of free parking out front. The staff were friendly, albeit a tad slow. The food, however, was tasty! Perhaps they just take their time to get it right. I would say overall, they met expectations, but didn't wow me. There's nothing that would make me hesitate to come back, as long as I'm not crunched for time.

Went there on a weekday. The staffs there are quite friendly and nice. Foods there are organic and delicious. I would highly recommend this place to my friends!

This Potbelly about 6 minutes from my job and when we had an office lunch catered, my boss went here. I was hooked. The coleslaw is amazing and the best I ever had. the chocolate brownie cookie is so delicious, but extremely addictive and heavy in calories. I am a simple eater, so I always get the turkey and swiss, sometimes my bread is toasted perfectly and sometimes it's a big hard. I do think most of the food is overpriced, but it's conveniently located and I've only been disappointed once. I was given white bread instead of multigrain. My daughter got the TKY and didn't like it. (I wish they had kid portions) I thought she was being funny today. I tasted her turkey and it just wasn't good. I believe they may be using a different type of turkey for the TKY because my sandwich tasted just fine. Today was the first time I ordered while in store, I usually do it online and the service was actually faster than when I order online. This is probably due to my first weekend visit (I was going to Ikea). Overall, it's a nice place to stop for lunch.

The sandwich is good, the people behind the counter were rude though. I asked for a side of soup and I got the "oh you're ordering more food" look. And as if it was an inconvenience for them to scoop some soup out of bowl, and put it in a paper cup.

I don't eat at Potbelly much, but when I do they're usually a good experience. Their food is decent, they're quick, and I don't leave going "Man, I'm still hungry". This Potbelly in Beltsville is A-OK in my book. Never had a problem with the staff or my lunch. I think the only issue is that they have limited indoor seating. Even then, there's usually one or two tables free... even if they're not the ones you want. So, if you're looking for something different from Subway, take a stop in here. I recommend the T-K-Y, maybe with a side of soup. Mmmmm...

In the past, this location has been great. Lately, their service has been slipping. Every time I come in and ask for a simple modification, like extra mayo, it is never done. It's like they didn't even hear me. Decided to go there again tonight and while I did get my extra mayo, my big wasn't cut into fours like I had asked and I also found a grape in my sandwich. There's always something with this place. Please take the simple aspects of your business more seriously and take care with their food!

The people in this location are very friendly, they never fail to brighten my day when i stop in for a sandwich. As for the food, they are pretty decent toasted sandwiches, and I cant complain about the portion sizes. You cant say anything bad about a sandwich place, but they get the full 5 starts for service.

Good and tasteful Mediterranean sandwich. Board with food offer is placed up on the wall not that easy to find and easy to read and understand either. Also the way how you place your order and proceed to the cashier is somewhat counter-intuitive you first to forward and then kind of go back to the exit. Little bit difficult to navigate if you are first time visitor. Otherwise everything is just fine and OK.

I love Potbelly's! I've come here almost everytime I've been in College Park and love their sandwiches. I think they're a step above Subway and Quiznos and they feel more like restaurants than sandwich shops. Food: Great Service: Good (standard deli service) Ambiance: Great Location: Convenient - strip mall w/parking lot Value: Great The sandwiches are fresh and there is a nice variety on the menu. I've tried their soup and cookies and love them both. The milkshakes with the cookies on the straw look cute and tempting, but I have yet to try one.

UGH.... just plain nasty! I stopped by for lunch twice; the first time was bad and the second time was awful. The service sucks, the quality is poor. I will take my service elsewhere. Don't waste your money, people! You're better off going to McDonald's.

Despite my traumatic past experience at Ikea, I went back this weekend. After eating a full Thanksgiving plate numerous times for the past couple of days, I was desperate for a little dietary variety. This Potbelly is located just across the way of Ikea, so I suggested tmy sister's boyfriend that we split a sandwich to refuel a bit since our bodies had expanded since Thanksgiving and needed to be retrained. This location was clean, peaceful and without lines or crowds on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the club sandwich (sans ranch dressing per their suggestion) on wheat bread. I had not been to a Potbelly in quite some time so I had completely forgotten how frickin' good their sandwiches are! Oh my goodness! My sandwich was lightly toasted so that the bread was warm, crisp with the provolone cheese slightly melted but with the topping serving the perfect cool, crisp compliment to the warmth. It was really a great sandwich! Both employees that waited on me were pleasant, professional and moved swiftly in preparing my order. It was overall a pretty flawless experience and we left delighted!

Not a bad place, I can't complain. Prices for the sandwiches are cheap ($4.40 for a regular, $5.40 for a large), and they are pretty good sandwiches. I went with the meatball on multigrain bread, and wasn't disappointed. It was nothing mind-blowing, but it was good for a sandwich under 5 bucks. The place seemed clean and the staff was pretty friendly, so no complaints there. Service was also pretty quick, I was in and out in just a few minutes. Overall a good spot if you're in the mood for a quick, cheap sandwich. You won't be blown away, but you won't be disappointed either.

I think we have it all wrong. Potbelly isn't the name of this store; it's actually a description of what will happen to your midsection after consuming too many A Wrecks and Oatmeal Crack and Chip Cookies. What I Like About Potbelly: 1) Cheap, toasted sandwiches ($4.19), and salads are $5.29 2) The hot peppers - they're really hot and tasty! 3) The Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - they have the perfect combination of oats & chocolate chips in them, but be warned as they are laced with crack, nicotine, and Starcraft/WoW: a ridiculously potent, addictive combination. 4) The cool interior with live music from time to time 5) Located right next to Ikea and Robeks - a combination for a lazy Saturday What I Don't Like About Potbelly 1) The hot peppers - they are oilier than a 14-year olds T-zone, and the oil gets everywhere! 2) The A Wreck - it makes my grammar hurt but it sure is tasty. 3) Lack of tasty sauces - just mayo and mustard here. I like Quizno's, and to a lesser extent, Subway's, sauces. 4) The sandwiches are small. They also have a take-home bag of 12 mini crack cookies for $3+, so that you can work on your potbelly at home as well.

So much better than subway or quiznos. Seriously, their food just plain tastes better. It's not a huge selection, and you only have two choices for bread (white or wheat) but the sandwiches taste fresh and the toppings are very tasty. Plus the service is always incredibly friendly. This is one of my preferred lunch spots in the area.

Potbelly .... Overall, not a bad place. Reasonably priced for their sammiches and they have a smaller selection of sammies that most would be happy with. My go to sammie is the chicken salad. I stay away from their sides (macaroni salad and something else like potato salad). I think that the portions are entirely too small and incredibly expensive for what you get. I like it ... I'm happy that we're getting a Potbelly's in Laurel. I'll stop there on my way home from work or at lunch and grab me a sammie.

went here day after thanksgiving with my family...my uncle swears by this place. it was described to me as a mix between subway and quiznos "but better". prices were good, sandwiches were perfectly portioned, pretty deliciousssssss. wish they would have some of these in massachusetts, will definitely be back when i come visit here again : )

This particular Potbelly isn't as great as the other ones I've been into. The layout is kind of weird and there isn't a lot of seating. There's this large open space that's kind of wasted because of these other "doors" that aren't usable, so all the seating is tucked into one little alcove, and there isn't a lot of it. Other than that it's pretty much like any other Potbelly.

Good prices and great food. A little messy inside. Staff varies widely from excellent to mediocre to a little rude. 3 stars seems too low and 4 seems too high, but I'm erring in their favor since the food is so good.

Great food, great service, great price. People working there are always hospitable if not friendly and it's always been a good place to go for lunch since they opened.
